Thank you for glancing at my website as you learn more about me personally as well as professionally! I am a passionate therapist and coach with a background in mental health, marriage, couple, and family counseling! I previously studied Psychology to learn different aspects of mental health which I learned to appreciate more throughout my years as a mental health therapist. I then furthered my studies and received my Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling because I enjoy this field of counseling just as much as the mental health field. Although my background consists of Marriage, Couples, and Mental Health Counseling, I enjoy showing my support for my clients through relationship and mental health therapy and coaching. I enjoy it so much that I went on to become a  licensed therapist in the state of Georgia and later a certified relationship coach with a specialization in mental health which allowed me to fully understand marriage, and couples, and how the individual self-impacts the dynamics of a relationship as well as gained an understanding of mental health challenges that also contribute to dysfunction within relationships. 

 

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples with different backgrounds who come from all walks of life. I also have experience with both females and males, different sexual orientations, and clients who may not identify as either, but still accept themselves for who they are  while establishing their own identity. I approach each client's story differently and cater to your unique situation where support is needed. I possess qualities to help clients establish a love for themselves and others and provide the necessary tools to support you with coping with mental health challenges as well as challenges you may have within your relationship to grow and began to love yourself and others by taking it step by step!
